Sara Scott, CPDT
Sara is a certified professional dog trainer and behavioral counselor and has been training dogs and their people for over 10 years. She has earned the certified pet dog trainer credential by demonstrating her knowledge and experience in the field of dog training with the Council for Professional Dog Trainers. She received her certification in pet training from the Petsmart Pet Training Academy and received her dog trainer/behavior counseling certificate from the Marin Humane Society Dog Behavior Academy. Sara is a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and is a certified Canine Good Citizen evaluator with the American Kennel Club. Sara has extensive experience with pit bulls and sits on the training committee for BAD RAP (Bay Area Dog Lovers Responsible About Pitbulls). She is the dog trainer for the Ambassadog Project, a joint adoption and education effort betweenOakland Animal Services and BAD RAP.
